Member, Family, and Provider Direct Referral
For members, our case managers are available to you, your family, and your health care provider, and can help provide information about your benefits and coverage, including referrals for ongoing help and support. You can also find health care providers in your area.
With some exceptions, for privacy reasons, we cannot discuss specific clinical information about care for a family member without written permission. We can offer support, referral for family support, explanations of care levels, and available benefits.
